Looking for vibrant personalities ready for challenges in handling day-to-day billing matters in logistic and transportation. Required minimum Microsoft Excel and Accounting UBS billing knowledge. Required ability to communicate by English in written (emails / texting) and by Malay in verbal (phone). Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
Daily routines included and not limited to: Finalising with operations the daily trucks collections and deliveries planned and executed, Collecting the complete POD (Proof of Deliveries / Deliveries Orders) from drivers on the next working day upon the deliveries completion, recording POD with discrepancies caused by drivers or clients; Handling the POD for reverse logistics (empty pallets return / damaged goods / market returns etc) in the similar process mentioned above, Prepare summary of POD for each clients to be returned daily to weekly, Proceed with invoicing via UBS billing, Communicating with clients on the acknowledgement of our invoices sent, Ensure filing and proper record keeping is done up to date.
Reporting included and not limited to: Delivered Goods & discrepancies POD report, Returned pallets POD report, Returned goods POD report, POD Invoiced report.
